- The qualifications of selected candidates are assessed by our management consultants through in-depth face-to-face interviews.
Presentation of recommended candidates
- Presentation of suitable and interested candidates.
- Our consultants organize and attend clientâs meetings with the most suitable candidates.
Verificationand reference checks
- Detailed reference checks and assessments are made in order to get a more complete picture of the selected candidate.
- The client is regularly informed verbally and in writing about the status of the assignment throughout the engagement cycle.
- A mandate is formally completed when a contract is signed.
- As part of our quality control we stay in contact with the client and the candidate to ensure that the integration and cooperation is successful and sustainable.
