ORBIS’s service excellence is based on a set of principles. We apply these in all our dealings and contacts with clients and candidates.

Independency

Acting on behalf of the interests of our clients in a neutral and objective way requires mental and financial independence of third parties interests. Our independency allows us to focus all our expertise on meeting client’s targets and requirements. Our research-team works autonomously in closed collaboration with our HR consultants and analyses the global markets to find best qualified candidates.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is a MUST in people business: As a result we work with permanent employed staff.
ORBIS undertakes all to preserve total secrecy regarding the activities of the client, its employees and involved candidates at all phases of its work.

Exclusivity

Only focused on the interests of our clients, we do not accept simultaneous and directly competing assignments. ORBIS therefore presents identified candidates exclusively to one client.
To represent our clients interests to ambitious executives in a discrete and credible manner we carry out assignments only on an exclusive basis.

Professional Principles

Being member of the global Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) we have committed ourselves to comply with the stringent professional ethics of these organisations. Objectivity, integrity, thoroughness and a systematic work approach are the principles of ORBIS assignments.

Quality

All engagements are performed to the same quality oriented, high ethical and professional standards. ORBIS is one of very few executive search firms in Switzerland which is ISO 9001:2000 certified.

Client Protection

Candidates placed by ORBIS are off-limits for as long as they are with the client.
